What happens when I cancel my game: refunds, commission and who gets notified?

Online payments go back to the players’ Playbox Wallet (not to their card), cash spots have nothing to refund, and no Playbox commission is charged for a cancelled game.

Who learns about it: the Telegram bot sends the cancellation to players who linked Telegram and to the chats where the game was announced, and the announcement post is removed. Players who use only the app get no separate push, so tell them in the game chat (mention @all) or in your group.

Cancel from the game’s manage menu and pick a reason (Not enough players, Venue problem, Bad weather or Other). There is no undo for a cancellation in the app; if you cancelled by mistake, contact support: Telegram @playbox_support, WhatsApp https://wa.me/995511139045 or email contact@play-box.xyz.
