What happens if a knockout game ends in a draw?
In single-elimination (playoff) games a draw is resolved by the stage’s tiebreak rule, because a knockout match must produce a winner. Playbox supports four options: Golden Goal, Penalty Shootout, Extra Time, or Choose Manually (the organizer decides on the spot). Round-robin and group games can finish level normally, tiebreak rules apply only to knockout / playoff stages and to two-leg ties. You pick the rule per stage when you build a double-stage tournament or a league playoff.
