What does "Does not meet" next to a player in my roster mean?

It means this player doesn’t meet one of your game’s player requirements, shown in red as “Does not meet: …” with Age, Phone, Gender, Photo or Rating. Only you and your managers see it.

It happens when you added the player by hand, or when you tightened the requirements after the player had already joined. Players who join by themselves are checked and can’t get in without meeting them.

The player stays in the game: nothing removes them automatically. Ask them to fix their profile (for example upload a photo that gets approved), loosen the requirement on the Gameplay step, or remove them from the game yourself.
