What do I need to start a test or pilot with my community?

Very little, set-up is free, and you only pay commission on completed paid games (and nothing in commission-free regions). Steps: register as an organizer, add the Playbox Telegram bot to your community chat or channel (it then appears under Settings → Telegram Communities), and create your games, announcements, join/leave updates and reminders post automatically. Share your marketing materials in the chat so players know how to join. No special equipment is needed for casual games; a second phone is only required for ranked matches (stats) and video/streaming. See “How to get started as an organizer?”.
