What analytics data is available to organizers in Playbox?

Your income, how many players came to your games and your game ratings are in the analytics on your own organizer profile: open your profile and scroll below “Upcoming games” (only you see it). It covers games you created, hosted or manage, plus games of communities you own or admin.

• Tabs: “Games” (games played, average star rating with the 5 to 1 star split, “Complaints” with low-rating reasons, game history), “Participants” (unique players who came, no-shows excluded, with each player’s or team’s games and last date), “Money” (money received online plus cash, per currency, by player, team and game; only games where you are the payee).

• Period: “This month”, “Last month”, “3 months” (default), “This year”, “Last year”, “All time”, a season or a custom range.

• “Filters”: Join Type, League, Community, Recurring events, Venue, Game format, Game type, Status (Played or Cancelled), Result, Day of week, Start time.

• Every figure is compared with the previous period of the same length (“was …” with an arrow). Charts: “Over time” or “Day and time”.
