It says "This slot is already taken at this venue". Can I override it?
No. Playbox doesnât allow overlapping games at the same venue, whoever created them: the game that was created first holds the time, and you canât force-save over it or edit or remove another organizerâs game. Bookings made at the venue in Playbox and the venueâs connected calendar hold time the same way.
If the venue can be split, games on a âHalfâ or a âQuarterâ can share the time while the pitch still has room; a âWhole venueâ game blocks everything that overlaps it. The time grid in the game form shows only the times that are free for the part of the venue you picked, and it refreshes every time you open it.
What you can do:
-
Pick another time or another venue in the game form.
-
If the venue really booked that slot to you, send both game links to support: Telegram @playbox_support, WhatsApp https://wa.me/995511139045 or email contact@play-box.xyz.
The same check runs when you create a game, when you change its time, length, venue or part of the venue, and for challenges. Editing anything else in your game, such as the price, is never blocked.
Repeating games: when you save one, Playbox checks its next date, and if another game already holds that slot you see this message with the date. If a later date turns out to be taken, that game is not created and you get a âRepeating game not createdâ notification; the schedule keeps running for the other dates.
