How to limit the visibility of a created event?

To create public games, a Game Creator must:

1. Have at least 10 players across completed games.

2. Their account must have show_events enabled.

This right is earned by actually running a real, completed game with enough players (10 or more), not by how many people signed up for an upcoming game, and once earned it stays.

Verified venue owners may bypass these requirements.

Games created under an established community, one whose owner is already a proven organizer, are also exempt: they appear in the public feed immediately, even from a brand-new organizer, without the “first game” restriction. This exemption applies only to the community’s games; the admin’s own personal games that aren’t linked to the community still follow the rules above.
