How to edit details of a created event?

You can change almost every setting of a game after creating it, right up until it starts: date and time, venue, price, number of slots, game format and team size, duration, visibility, rules and the notice. Editing opens the same form as creating; tap Venue & time, Gameplay or Checkout in the progress bar to jump to that step, and Save saves the whole game from any step. To change only the match rules, open Rules in the game lobby and tap Edit. Rules are locked once a match schedule is generated; reset the schedule to edit them. The Join Type (Pickup or Team) cannot be changed after the game is created.

• Changing date/time, price, slots, venue or notice sends a notification to registered players.

• A new price applies to new sign-ups; players who already paid are not charged the difference.

• If you lower the slots below the number of players, the last players to join are moved to the waitlist and notified, and their online payment is refunded to their Playbox Wallet. If the new number still fits everyone, nobody is affected.

• If you raise the slots, the waitlist fills them automatically only when the waitlist type is “Auto Join” and you accept cash; otherwise waitlisted players get a free-spot notification and join themselves.

• The new time must be free at the venue; if another game holds it you see “This slot is already taken at this venue”.

What you cannot change: a game that has already started, and the result of a game that is already verified. A recurring schedule affects future games only.
