How does my game get into the city listing?
In cities where Playbox runs a community hub, every public game of that city that is visible in Explore gets into the city listing by itself, with no action from you. In Telegram that means two things. Each game gets its own post in the city chat 24 hours before kickoff, or right away if you publish it later than that; the post keeps its line-up up to date and is removed if you cancel. On top of that, a pinned schedule for the next seven days, sorted by kickoff time, is posted as a fresh message every Monday at 10:00 city time and pinned in place of last week’s. On Facebook it is a daily post with today’s and tomorrow’s games.
The listing follows the same rule as Explore. Until you have run a full game, your public game is not posted to the city chat or added to the schedule until it shows in Explore (5 players for a pickup game, 1 team for a team game). Once its post is out, it stays even if players leave.
Private games, kids games and league matches never appear there, and neither do games without a venue or a start time. To keep a particular game out of the listing, make it Private; there is no separate switch for the listing.
The listing exists only in cities where Playbox has set a hub up, so it may not be available where you play yet.
