How do results get confirmed, and who can confirm them?
A finished game is confirmed when the organizer taps âSubmit resultsâ after adding video, or when enough players confirm it. A game with video that nobody submits is confirmed automatically about two days later. Without any video and without enough player confirmations, the results stay pending: nothing confirms them automatically.
-
Organizer with video. In a ranked game the organizer attaches a video for every played match. The video doesnât confirm the result by itself. It unlocks âSubmit resultsâ, so you can first fix the score from playersâ comments, then submit. Playbox sends you âVideo accepted. Check the score and submit the results so they count.â and reminds you again after 24 and 48 hours.
-
Players. Each participant taps âConfirm resultsâ on the event screen. Once more than 30% of the players in every team have confirmed, the result is confirmed automatically. When a permanent teamâs captain or owner confirms, it counts for their whole team.
-
Automatic. If videos are in but nobody tapped âSubmit resultsâ, the game is confirmed automatically about two days after it finished.
Until a game is confirmed its ratings donât count towards player profiles; after confirmation ratings are recalculated from the match protocol, the recorded goals and lineups. The organizer canât confirm by a button alone without videos. An annulled game canât be confirmed.
