How do I add a game to my Google Calendar?

You don’t need to join a game you created or organize: with Google Calendar connected it syncs under “Games I organize”. Connect Google Calendar once in Settings, “Connected Apps”, “Google Calendar”, and your games are added to your main Google Calendar automatically. Tap “Connect”, sign in with Google and keep the calendar permission box checked, otherwise you get “Calendar access was not allowed”. Your upcoming games are added right after connecting, and new ones appear as you join them. Tap “Google Calendar” in “Connected Apps” to choose what to add: “Games I play”, “Games I organize” and “Games I referee” (all on by default). Turning a switch off removes those games from the calendar.

Playbox keeps the calendar in sync: if a game is moved, its time and place update; if you leave or the game is cancelled, the event disappears. To stop, tap “Disconnect” and confirm: Playbox removes the games it added and stops syncing.

“Connected Apps” also works inside the Telegram mini app.

Tapping the date on a game page opens “Add to calendar”. Once connected it says “This game is already in your calendar”, “Sync for these games is off in Connected Apps” (your role’s switch is off) or “Join and the game will appear in your calendar”. A game you created or organize counts without joining. “Just this game” adds a one-time Google or Apple copy that never updates; only Google Calendar syncs.
