How do Event Automations work?

Event Automations let organizers schedule recurring games. Set up once, the system creates events automatically on the chosen days and time.

How to create an automation (autopilot)

By default each game is created 2 days ahead and published at 12:00; you can change both.

How the system creates events

  1. Calculates target date = today + advance days.

  2. If that day matches a selected weekday, creates an event.

  3. The event appears at the configured publish time.

  4. No duplicates, skips if event already exists for that date.

What players see

A “Recurring game” tag in the lobby showing schedule and registration timing.

Where the announcement goes

The chats and pages you pick are saved with the automation, so every game it creates is announced in the same places without you attaching them again. Editing the automation also moves the targets onto the game it has already created: a chat you remove loses the announcement, a chat you add receives one. Editing the description reaches an announcement that is already published too.

Balance check before auto-publishing

Before creating an event, the system checks the organizer’s Playbox Wallet balance.

Automation notifications

The organizer receives automatic notifications (push + Telegram) about their scheduled games:
