Can I send a game reminder to my players manually?

No, there is no button to send a reminder by hand. The reminder is automatic: once, about 2 hours before kickoff, Playbox reminds the signed-up players (Telegram and app notification), you as the organizer, and the Telegram group where the game was announced. The group gets it only if the game was actually announced there.

If kickoff is less than 2 hours away and nothing arrived, write to the players yourself: in the game chat mention @all (only the organizer and managers can) or post in your Telegram group. Support can’t resend a reminder.

Common reasons a reminder did not reach someone: the game was not announced in that group, the player has no linked Telegram and turned off app notifications, or the game was created or published less than 2 hours before kickoff.
