Can I organize games in a city where Playbox has no venues yet?
Yes. Playbox works anywhere you can book a pitch, and you are not limited to venues that are already in the app.
How to start somewhere new:
-
agree a time with a local pitch yourself
-
create the game, and add the venue during that step if it is not in Playbox yet. It becomes available straight away.
-
share the game link with your players and post it to your local chats and channels
Bring your own group for the first games. Playbox gives you registration, payments, teams and stats, but it does not supply players in a city where it has no community yet.
In some countries new organizers start with their games visible by link only. Running one game with ten or more players opens the public feed for you automatically.
