What is AI Support Chat?

AI Support is a built-in chat assistant in Playbox that answers questions about the platform.

It uses a knowledge base to explain how features work, registration, games, teams, leagues, payments, stats, and more.

AI Support responds in your language and keeps answers short and to the point.

It cannot perform actions like joining games or checking real-time schedules, for that, you can connect the Playbox MCP server to an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT.

To open AI Support, open your inbox (the inbox icon in the header on desktop, or on the home screen on your phone) and tap the Playbox Support chat in the list.
