How do I send an announcement to everyone in my game?

Write in the game chat and mention @all or @everyone: as the organizer or a manager, that sends a notification to every chat member. Every player who joins is added to the game chat automatically, but game chats are muted for players by default, so a plain message without the mention doesn’t push them. @all and @everyone work only for the game’s organizer and managers; from a player they are plain text.

Playbox also notifies your players by itself about the game filling up, changes to the time, the price or the pitch, and cancellations.

For a Telegram group or channel you can’t send free text from Playbox. Once the Playbox bot is added there, it posts your game announcements, sign-up updates and reminders by itself (see Settings, then Organizer tools, then External communities).

Mass messages to all Playbox users are sent by Playbox only; organizers cannot send them.
