When do my prize winnings appear in my wallet?

Prizes are credited only after the whole tournament closes, as Playbox wallet credit; there is no fixed timeline. While the tournament page shows it as open, positions can still change and nothing has been paid yet.

The order of events:

• points update within hours of each final whistle

• prize places are fixed only when the whole tournament closes

• the Playbox team then credits the prizes to the winners’ wallets; it is not instant

Winnings are wallet credit you spend inside Playbox on games. They can’t be withdrawn to a bank account or card, and the entry fee is not refundable. The AI assistant can’t credit prizes.
