Can I play predictions for free, and can I win a prize without paying the entry fee?

You can predict for free, but only players who paid the entry fee compete for the prize money.

A free entry gives you:

• predictions on every match of the tournament

• points and a place in the standings, shown alongside everyone else

A paid entry additionally gives you:

• eligibility for the prize pool

• the ability to open other players’ picks and their point breakdowns

The prize pool is funded entirely by the entry fees and the voluntary boosts of paying players, so it is shared between the top paying predictors. A high position in the visible standings does not by itself qualify you for a prize, because free players are shown in the same table.

If you want to compete for the money, pay the entry fee before the registration deadline shown on the tournament page. Predicting for free stays open after that deadline.
