What is the show-up rate (reliability) on my profile?

Your show-up rate is the share of sign-ups you kept over your last 20 games. Signing up is a promise, and the later you leave, the more it costs: leaving a day or more before kickoff costs a quarter of the promise, leaving 6 to 24 hours before costs half, and leaving under 6 hours before, or after kickoff, costs the whole promise. It appears as “Reliability” on your profile once you have sign-ups to build it from, and it is public: other players and organizers see it too. Tap it to see the breakdown.

Three things never count against you. Leaving within 30 minutes of signing up does not count at all, the same grace period the cancellation fee uses. A drop is forgiven in full when the open waitlist covered your spot and the game finished with a full roster. Team Draft games are excluded, because there the captain picks the squad, not you.

A game that was cancelled still counts. Dropping out is part of why a game fails to fill, so leaving one that later collapsed is not written off. Either way only your last 20 games count, so an old drop leaves the window as you keep playing and stops weighing on the number.

This is separate from your Trust Level, which measures how calibrated your rating is, not your attendance. To improve it: only join games you intend to play, and if you truly can’t make it, leave as early as possible so the spot can be refilled.
