What is a weekly streak and how do I keep it going?

A weekly streak counts how many weeks in a row you’ve played at least one game on Playbox. The week runs Monday to Sunday, play any game during the week and your streak grows by one. Your live streak sits as a pill in the top row of your profile, and tapping it opens the breakdown: a progress bar with the milestones at 4, 8, 12, 26 and 52 weeks, your current streak and your best one.

If there are no games near you in a given week, your player streak is frozen for that week instead of resetting to zero, so you aren’t penalised when there’s nothing to join (freezes apply to players only). You’ll get a “streak at risk” reminder later in the week if you haven’t played yet, and milestone weeks are celebrated. To keep your streak, just join one game each week.

If your best streak appeared out of nowhere in September 2026, nothing is wrong. Records were only counted going forward until then, and we filled in the history for everyone who had already played.
