How to get a refund if I leave a game?

A refund is provided if:

• You canceled participation before the game starts (refund to Playbox Wallet). If the organizer set a cancellation policy, leaving close to kick off can keep part of the money as a penalty, see the article about the late cancellation fee. If someone else paid for your spot (a friend or your team captain), the refund goes to their wallet, not yours.

• The game is canceled by the organizer

• The game is automatically canceled due to lack of players

A refund is not provided if:

• You did not show up for the game

• You were removed after the match started

• Payment was in cash and the money has already been handed to the organizer

In your wallet history a refund shows up as a Refund entry naming the game it came from, so you can tell it apart from an ordinary wallet top-up.

Disputed or non-standard situations are reviewed by Playbox support individually.
