How does Game Radar work?

Game Radar is a personalized game discovery system. It automatically notifies you when a new game matching your preferences is published nearby.

Game Radar matches events by three criteria: location, schedule, and game format.

How to set up Game Radar

Configure three settings in your profile:

• Location & Radius, set your search point on the map and a radius (default: 25 km, max: 100 km). Only games within this radius will match.

• Schedule, select which days of the week (Mon–Sun) and times of day you are available:

• Preferred Formats, choose game formats (5x5, 6x6, 7x7, etc.). Leave empty to match all formats.

A setup banner appears in the app until all three settings are configured or dismissed.

How Game Radar notifications work

When a new public game is published that matches your radar, you receive:

• In-app notification (always)

• Push notification (if enabled)

• Telegram message (if Telegram is linked and Telegram notifications are enabled)

Anti-spam: You will not receive more than one Game Radar notification every 4 hours.

Private events do not trigger Game Radar.

Filtering subscription notifications by Radar

You can enable the toggle “Filter notifications by Game Radar” in your notification settings.

• ON, subscription notifications (organizer, field, community) are also filtered by your radar preferences. You only get notified about games matching your schedule, location, and format.

• OFF (default), you receive all subscription notifications regardless of radar settings.

If Game Radar is not configured (no schedule set), all notifications pass through as usual.

Telegram notifications toggle

The “Receive notifications via Telegram” toggle controls whether Game Radar (and other) notifications are sent to your Telegram account.

Requires a linked Telegram account.
