How do I withdraw the money I earned?

Open your wallet, start a payout and add a bank account, and the transfer goes out through Wise to that account.

What happens after you confirm the payout:

• The transfer is created and the amount is held from your wallet balance.

• Playbox checks the real state of the transfer with Wise every 15 minutes and marks it as sent once it leaves.

• If the transfer is still not completed after 48 hours, it is cancelled automatically, the money returns to your wallet in full, and you get a notification.

Payouts go to a bank account, not to an email address, so you add your account details once and reuse them for later payouts. The balance you can withdraw is what your games actually collected, minus the platform commission you already see on each event.
