What do you recommend to achieve success in organizing?
Playbox helps organizers attract players, but doesn’t do it for them. Starting is not as hard as it seems; just being responsible and communicative is enough to gain player trust.
-
Agree with the venue on cancellation terms (if you are not the owner) – if players suddenly don’t gather, don’t bear the responsibility for the booking.
-
Prepare equipment and maintain its quality – balls, bibs – things that significantly impact the players’ final impression.
-
Invite players – don’t hesitate to write to players and in chats to suggest they come to a game.
-
Stick to the timing, conduct and announce games at the same time to form a habit among players.
-
Edit published games only when necessary, stable rules increase trust.
-
Add player photos, this increases trust and the desire to sign up.
-
Be impartial, balance teams by numbers and statistics, not by personal requests.
-
Make fewer mistakes recording results, correct statistics save you time and strengthen community trust.
-
Confirm game results carefully, check data before confirming to avoid errors and extra edits.
-
Analyze events conducted – follow player ratings, talk to them to find out their mood.
